Step 1: Tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Scroll down as well as touch "Settings.".

Step 3: Tap "Account Settings.".

Step 4: Faucet "Videos and Images.".

Tip 5: Tap the toggles next to "Submit HD" to have the Facebook app upload video clips and also images in HD going forward (the toggles will turn green).
