Got this myself on my phone, and also it simply rejected to upgrade. Right here's what worked for me.

It does not hurt if you restart your phone prior to you attempt updating facebook again. As well as, the mount was SLOW. Simply at least 4-5 mins. But, it did work. If not try to uninstall it, or simply wait for a fix.
